How long does setup take?

The entire process takes about 5 minutes:

• Sign up: 1 minute

• Website crawl: 1-2 minutes (automatic)

• Customize widget: 2 minutes

• Add to your site: 1 minute

Do I need a credit card to start?

No! We're currently in beta and offering unlimited free access. No credit card required.

What does the crawler do?

Our crawler visits your website, extracts text content from your pages, and uses it to train your AI assistant. This allows the AI to answer questions about your products, services, and content.

What content does it crawl?

✅ HTML pages and text content

✅ PDF documents (with text extraction)

❌ Images, videos, and media files

❌ Files blocked by robots.txt

How many pages can it crawl?

Up to 200 pages per crawl. For larger sites, simply run the crawler multiple times - it will automatically skip already-crawled pages and continue where it left off.

Can I recrawl my website?

Yes! You can recrawl anytime from the Website Crawler page. This is useful when you update your content or add new pages.

Does it respect robots.txt?

Yes, our crawler respects your robots.txt rules and crawls politely with delays between requests.

How do I add the chat to my website?

1. Go to the "Embed Code" page in your dashboard

2. Copy the code snippet

3. Paste it before the closing </body> tag on your website

That's it! The chat widget will appear on your site.

Can I customize the appearance?

Yes! Go to "Widget Design" to customize:

• Colors and branding

• Widget position

• Welcome message

• Avatar and name

• Size and style

Can I set business hours?

Yes! In Advanced Settings, you can:

• Set weekday hours (Mon-Fri)

• Set weekend hours (Sat-Sun)

• Choose your timezone

• Customize offline messages

Can I turn the chat on/off?

Yes, there's a master toggle in Advanced Settings to enable/disable the widget globally without removing the code from your site.

During beta, you get unlimited access to all features:

What happens after beta?

We use OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini, which provides fast, accurate responses while keeping costs low.

Is my data secure?

Yes! We use industry-standard security practices:
