Havok Labs Terms of Service

By accessing Havok Labs, you agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Usage
Use Havok Labs only for lawful business purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Services.
4. Data
We process customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain rights to your content while granting Havok Labs a license to operate and improve the Services.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may cancel anytime with written notice.
